We literally took it out of the box, added batteries to the remote, and climbed aboard. It's a bit larger than I thought it would be, but we LOVED It! I can't wait to learn some of the exercises to do with it and see the effects it has on strengthening and toning my muscles.

I got this for my birthday, having used one at a medical office in the past. So far, it meets my expectations. The pre-set programs are nice. I’ll use it most days and I look forward to noticing positive changes.
