Fun, surprisingly effective workout

My wife gave the Lifeproto me on Christmas Day, 2025. Our entire family loves it. We have used it at least every other day since Christmas. It works very well and performing exercises with the vibration plate adds a levell of difficulty that increases the intensity of the workout.
