Rejuvenated and feel stronger!

I have had a parathyroid removed. Parathyroid disease causes high blood calcium, therefore can not take a calcium supplement.
My chiropractor recommended a vibration plate and said studies have shown it can build bone density. I use the Waver every day faithfully and have noticed an increase in strength and overall feel better.

I like using this vibration plate. I like the different speeds, timer, ability to attach resistance bands and the feet placement guides.

This works sooooo well with lymphatic drainage, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and fatigue!!! It works soooo well I highly recommend it I used one of my friends for a month and then I decided it was time to buy my own!! Beyond happy I did!!
