I love this plate as a part of my workout routine. I feel less tightness and soreness after a workout. It fits well in a corner without taking up a lot space. Easy to clean and light enough to move from room to room. Love the tutorial videos and poster for quick references.

I saw an ad for the Waver vibration plate on my social media and decided to give it a try. It's bigger than I thought it would be, but it is easy to move around. The videos demonstrating how to use it really help! My knees feel better after just a few uses.

Waver Vibration Plate - Great Start!

I just purchased the Waver Vibration plate for the first time and am already feeling a difference in some low back pain that I've been struggling with. With just 15 minutes a day to start, I'm looking forward to doing more with this Vibration plate to build muscle and burn fat as I learn to do more with it. Great solution too for my condo, and feel I can reach my fitness goals without an expensive gym membership. Thank you!
