Early days but……. I’m impressed

I’ve only used this waver plate twice since it arrived yesterday. But, I’m impressed with how easy it is for those of any age group to set up and use. I did my own research before embarking on buying one of these. Life pro came up very highly recommended and especially this wave plate. Will share more as I progress further. One Love All! Kia?

Fun addition to a boring workout

I purchased the Waiver Vibration Plate to help with detoxification, increased bone density, and maybe some extra fat loss. I have used the machine one time, as it just arrived in the mail. I do not have high expectations, but it does add some fun jiggling to my boring workouts. I could also feel some burning in my quadriceps muscles, as you are required to keep your knees bent. That was a plus!

LifePro Vibration Plate works great. I don’t have a large space to work out so this product is ideal for me.
This is my first time using a vibration plate and boy do I see and feel a difference.
I can feel my legs are getting stronger.
Loved it! Good for lymphatic drainage and improved circulation, and versatile for both standing and sitting.
Highly recommend!
