It’s insane how you can literally feel your blood circulating through parts of your body that aren’t getting as good of blood flow. Can’t wait to see how this changes my health.

I absolutely love my LifePro vibration plate! It’s well built, easy to use.The different speed levels make it great for beginners and more advanced users. I use it with squats and planks and feel a real difference. Great value for the quality!

I’ve only had this product for a few days, but have been using it at least once daily since it came in. I greatly look forward to either sitting or standing on it. It has quickly become part of my daily ritual. I’m loving the benefits so far!
