I am 72 years old. I am needing to build bone density. I have used it everyday since I received it. I’m starting slow and building up. I love how I feel after using it. Deep down, good kind of sore like a good workout. Can’t wait to see what my next bone density test shows.

After a month of use I have experience decreased marked by inches lost around legs, arms and waist. I feel more energized and I’m sleeping better as well.
