Really works!

I wasn't sure about this when I first got it. I thought...how exactly does standing on this while I'm doing basic exercises actually do anything. Until I tried it. I did some simple squats, some arm exercises, and some sitting ab exercises. Lasted about 10 minutes. The next day, my legs were actually sore! As simple as it seems it really forces your muscles to work. I'm looking forward to seeing what continued use will do.

I am a nurse. I have swelling daily, fatigue, vein problems. This plate makes my legs feel a lot lighter and so far the swelling is coming down but I haven't had it too long.

it I just received the waiver today but I'm impressed. it looks like what I need to help keep my bones healthy (Osteopenia) and my husband to get rid of excess lymphatic fluid.
