About nine weeks ago I began having problems with excess fluid. I've wanted a vibration plate for a year. The excess fluid "pulled the trigger" on my purchasing the plate. Added bonus...it was on sale!
I've had it a week and the fluid problem gas been greatly reduced. 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes before bed. I'm sleeping better too!
I can also tell my joint pain has lessened and my balance is improving! Loving i
Only complainy is that the VIP page the company suggests you follow on facebook has yet to respond to my request. Other than that my WAVER gets an A+!t!

It felt good

I finally got to use my wave plate this evening after working all day(8-530). I started at walk then moved to jog then back to walk for 15 minutes.
Which pro#(1or2) I’m not sure because I hit start and away I went. Once finished I took a break and looked at book and then I sat, then hips/thighs, then calves. It felt great. Then I did beginners arm for stress relief.
Looking forward to more.
