Love it!!

This is my first day with this vibration plate and it is addicting and soothing for my body. I work 12 hour days and struggle with swelling and water retention. I have a feeling this will work for me. I feel lighter in my legs already.

Loving my new waver

After just a few uses I noticed a reduction in my plantars fasciitis pain with my feet which is such a win for me. But I just love the way it feels like a whole body massage when standing on it. I use it almost every day and even on days where I'm so tired or stressed I will just sit on it and it helps me feel better. When friends come over they want to try it too and have loved how it feels.
