I received my Waver plate today and am so impressed by how well made it is. I only did a short test and can't wait to see results using it regularly. I am hoping to get relief from inflammation due to Lupus and arthritis.....and it can't hurt if it makes me drop some weight too!

The plate itself works well but the “extensive video library” they refer to in the manual is just this stupid redirect forcing you to give a review.
