Just started using the vibration plate 3 days ago and I’m loving it. Very impressed with how well it works on my joints and lower back. The equipment seems to be very durable and made to last.

I have a larger vibration plate but wanted one small enough to carry when we are camping because I didn't want to miss a day of use. This if perfect; it works well and is light weight.
