I am in love!! I have been searching for a low impact, fun way to exercise and feel better! I’ve only used it a few days and I can already tell a huge difference!! Can’t wait to try more exercises and higher levels!

I work out at 5am after rolling out of bed half asleep and this helps shake me awake, but better loosens up tight, achy muscles. I’ve had ankle / plantar issues for a year from running, tennis, etc. and after a short time of implementing the vibration plate it’s made a huge difference. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because it randomly shuts off from time to time.

I primarily bought the Waver to help with my back issues. I’ve found other benefits also! I feel great with only 15min per day. No regrets! And telling my friends and family to get one too.
