I’ve been using the Waver Vibration Plate and really love how easy it is to incorporate into my routine. It’s helped me feel more energized, improves circulation, and I can actually feel my muscles working—even in just a few minutes a day. Definitely a great addition to my wellness tools.

I just unboxed the Waver vibration plate and reading all of the instructions. The QR code for the tutorial takes me to a site that Safari warns may be impersonating Lifeprofitness because the security certificate was only valid for six months in 2020 and then it expired.

The last time I went to PT for my left knee (surgery was in January; PT started in March.), the tech told me about buying one for herself. She had brought it to work and had me try it since I had mentioned having restless leg problems during the night. Also, as my husband has Multiple Sclerosis and has trouble with his legs, she thought one may help him as well. So I immediately bought one. I’m going to assume it will help us both as it has so many others! Thank you!
