I been having this product for 2 days so is hard to give a solid review yet, but the packaging was good and the rubber bands are a great addition but the vibration is not very strong. I'll update my review in a month.

I sit for hours in front of my computer...and when I notice that my ankles swell up...the vibration plate is my go-to, to get my circulation going. My Mother, at 101, had a full knee replacement, and part of her recovery was getting on the vibration plate! No swelling. No pain...(and along with using the life-pro infrared belt)...an amazing recovery.

I love the Waver! I started out very slow and still need to take it slow but I have noticed a big difference in Lymphatic drainage and inflammation! Great purchase!

Lymphatic drainage game changer

I am currently doing some deep healing through functional medicine. I was doing manual lymphatic massage until my practitioner suggested this. It has been an absolute game changer for me. Since I started using this plate my progress has sped up exponentially. I’m feeling better daily and I look forward to my morning session on my vibration plate. It sets the intention for my day and loosens my tight muscles. I highly recommend this for anyone with health or fitness goals, as it is wonderful for both!

I like that when I am tired, I could just hop on this and let the vibration plate do all the work for me. Makes me feel healthier, and it really does make me fitter, healthier, more energized.
