I’ve been using this vibration plate for a while now and have genuinely been so impressed. I originally bought it for myself to help with muscle activation, circulation, and overall wellness, and it has exceeded my expectations.
What I didn’t anticipate is how much my kids would also benefit from it. They love using it, and it’s been a fun way for them to move their bodies, get their wiggles out, and work on balance and strength. I always supervise, of course, but it’s been great to have something that feels both safe and beneficial for the whole family.

I’ve been using the Lifepro Waver at least once a day for 15 minutes and I feel really good about my purchase so far…I feel less bloated and my mood seems elevated afterwards. I’m pleased with the results and look forward to seeing what the next few weeks are going to bring!

I tried a vibration plate that was cheaper and it irritated my neck and back. The LifePro Waver is a much smoother vibration and does not irritate my body at all. I love the exercise poster and the video links. So helpful and fun!

The only issue I have is the power cable plug at vibration plate falls out. I’m planning to call for a replacement wall plug.
