My family and I absolutely love this vibration plate. I have added it to my daily routine and have noticed an improvement in my restless legs at night. My son uses for post workout recovery.

I have just today been able to first time pull this out and use it. I had health issues to recover from first. Love it so far.

I just got the unit so unable to give accurate rating. I did however purchase 3 smaller units for family members and they love them!

Light weight, quiet fun. Doesn’t take up a lot of space. I use it while watching tv. 10 - 15 minutes flies by.
