My new little secret

I just received my new Lifepro waiver vibration plate a couple days ago and have been trying it out on my weekend off. I have to say l love this !! I work in a surgery center and stand all day long.. all day .. and my feet and back hurt so bad at the end of the day.. Haven't really had much time on it yet since l just got it but so far it is wonderful , why did l wait so long !?!?! It will be a great way to help the tension in my back and legs to feel better.
