So far very pleased with the Waver Vibration Plate. My PT guy saw it today and also thought it was a great buy bc right now I’m suffering from lymphoma in my legs. Feels really good.

First day of use w results ?

Well, I’ve only used it a day so far n I notice some muscle tenderness. Let me say though, I am 64 n have been spinning n using a rebounder n lifting weights for the last 25 yrs. So I’m def used to exercising.
I have to say that the vibration plate def hits a diff way than my other exercising does. So even though it’s only 1 day, I can tell this is targeting my muscles in a diff way n that’s great!!
I only gave 4 stars since it’s only my guest use. However, I def see this being a 5 star after more use.
