So far, we are enjoying it. My husband is 73 years old, and has neuropathy in his feet, as well has lower back pain. He uses it daily for 15 minutes, while sitting.
I am 66 years old, and have scoliosis. The curvature in my spine keeps me from walking longer than 30 minutes. I do still walk, and I am doing some light exercises on the waver for 15 minutes. We haven't noticed anything one way or the other yet. That is to be determined.

SNF and loss of proprioception

It has been VERY difficult for me to keep moving with my dysautonomia diagnoses but the vibration plate has breathed new life into me! I can get movement and exercise without totally fatiguing myself, and ensure my bones and muscles (and tendons and ligaments and joints) stay strong. LIFE-CHANGING! Thank you for this product!

Recovering from heart surgery and this has been interesting. I jiggle for 5 minutes a day but my abs started feeling sore so now I jiggle every other day. I think I was doing too much.
I haven’t lost any weight but it’s only been a few weeks.

Just did my first 15 min on the Waver Vibration Plate. Super easy to set up and everything worked as expected. Looking forward to trying different modes, but honestly, 15 min on levels 10-40 or so, was good movement.

Really happy with the Waver Vibration Plate that we just received. Only 1 issue. The remote does not work. We tried 4 different sets of batteries and it still didn't work.
