Works Great but remote timer button broken

I love the waiver, it makes me feel really good before or after exercising. Sometimes I do it in place of rebounding because they both focus on your lymphatic system. It arrived in good shape, earlier than expected, everything is good except the timer button on the remote will not work. Maybe they will send me a replacement? ❤️

Looking forward to all of the benefits. Tried it out but need more time to heal an ankle injury before attempting again. 10 minutes on a low setting I could really feel the workout!

I just opened it. Don’t know where it came from but there is mold inside the box. And all the papers and booklets are damp. I hope everything works. I am so excited to get started with this Waver Vibration Plate!
