Why did I wait so long?

First off I ordered this Sunday night and received it Tue afternoon. Blown away at how quickly my waver arrived. Super easy to setup and very quiet. I have not used a vibration plate before and am happy I chose the waver to start with. It is a great size to be able to do full body work. So many videos out there to guide through doing lymph work and workouts galore. One 15 min session and my shoulders dropped my hips relaxed and my neck self adjusted. Cannot wait to see how much better I feel with continued use. Seriously wish I had bought the waver years ago! Highly recommend, I was talking to everyone about it today. Grab one you won't regret it!

Speed up recovery is my objective to own The LifePro Waver Vibration Plate. Standing on it for a few minutes a day makes all the difference in a day. Everyone should have one !!!
