I originally purchased this for lymphatic drainage and arthritis care. I find I’m using it on all the different speeds and love it so much. I feel so good after I’ve used this and sleep like a baby.

I was suprised how much better I would feel after a hard work out in the pol or a good hike to vibrate. I also added it post dryland excerciises. My Legs particularly were cramping and tight. Now they recover much faster. The other surprising result seems to be increased tone and dropping a little weight not sure if it is the plate but sure feels like it is part of the success.

love the vibration plate. It gets things moving again in your older age. My husband of 85 loves to use it setting in a chair, I am 73 and I stand, sit do planks.], and so stretching moves.. Also do waist twists at the lower vibration speeds This is a game changer for the elderly.
