This waiver plate is very cool! Very compact, comes with mini bands and a resistant band that conveniently clips right to the machine. Also comes with a remote control, which is very helpful!

A Winner Product!

I am pleasantly surprised about how my first 2 sessions made me feel. My first session was in a seated position, which your instructions recommend. My second session was in a standing position with knees slightly bent. I felt very energized after each session and can see how consistent use will greatly benefit me. Will use it in conjunction with my 30-minute walks (3-4 times per week), and I hope to start using the resistance bands soon. Thank you!

I haven’t had an opportunity to use the waver platform. It was packed very secure. Easy to remove and setup. I’m in the process of reading the manual. I’d be more than happy to submit a review once I have the opportunity to use.
