Helps With Circulation

I have a desk job, so I like to use the vibration plate to improve circulation in my legs. It works well so far.

I just unpacked the vibration plate and tried it out for 15 minutes on level 1. While doing it I was able to do some arm excercises which I liked. I have knee issues so I thought this would be a great way to work my leg muscles without putting a lot of strain on my knees. I do feel a little nausea but I did eat dinner not to long ago. So I suggest not eating anytime close to doing this. I do feel a little dizzy but I think it’s just something I need to get used to it. I did position my feet all the way out to the edges to be in the “run” mode so I really did feel high vibration. I maybe should have kept my feet closer together especially for my first time and then work up to “run” mode.

Awesome I would but buy again 100 times over well worth the money and I noticed a difference in some area’s promised within days of use and know others are about to be noticeable. Thank you for the wonderful product and support for my over all health

I’ve only had my Waver for two days and so far I’m impressed. Easy to use and is great for relaxing/recovery as well as using it for workouts. Glad I decided to get it.

Minus the missing batteries, very impressed with both the packaging and instructions. The poster is perfect and fabulous for putting on the wall as never used one of these before. Lifetime warranty and the instruction book is clean aimple and engaging. Many companies could learn a lesson or two from this.
