Started off slow, just to get a feel for it. Absolutely LOVE it now, after only a week of having it. I use it twice a day, morning and evening, and love how it makes my body tingle when it stops!

Just finished chemo. Needed something that would be gentle on my body but still get it moving. Using the Waver Vibration Plate to help with keeping my lymphatic system moving. So far so good!

The Waver Vibration Plate gives such a great workout! I was very skeptical at first, but it delivers exactly what the ad says it would. Harder than it looks!
