Good beginner plate

It's simple and beginner friendly. It was hard to find the specs and I may have purchased a different plate if I had known the specs of each one beforehand. That's my only critic so far. You shouldn't have to dig to find the HZ, amplitude, and other specs of each plate.

Just bought the vibration plate on a recommendation from a massage therapist. Used it a few times so far. Will have yo see if there are any short, mid and long term benefits.

Vibrate for Lipodema

So far so good! I’ve heard wonderful things about vibration plates for Lipodema, of which 11% of women have. I am going to continue to use this every day to jumpstart my lymphatic system before my workouts. Wish me luck!
