Promising Results - Customizable and Easy to Use

I’ve had this vibration plate for a few days now, and while I’m still in the early stages, I’m really liking it so far! It offers a variety of settings, which makes it easy to customize sessions based on what I need. I’m particularly hoping it will help with blood circulation and posture over time.
The build quality feels solid, and the vibrations are powerful yet smooth. It’s straightforward to use, and the different intensity levels let me gradually adjust to it. I also appreciate that it's compact and doesn't take up too much space.
Of course, I’ll need more time to see the long-term benefits, but for now, I’m optimistic about the impact it will have on my overall wellness.

Why did we wait so long?

So glad we finally went for it! I’m on my feet all day and have been struggling with them being sore even in the morning when I get up. After reading a few other reviews that the Waver Vibration Plate helps with it, they were not exaggerating! Had it for a few days and my husband is loving it too. We will both be using it daily to help with whole body workouts and my feet are already getting relief.

I had a stroke, I’m hoping that this will help me. With the help of a friend, I did successfully stand on it for 5 min. Today I’m by myself and sat in a chair and did 10 min each with feet close together,medium and then far apart.
