Waver vibration plate

So far so good, just unboxed and everything works great. I didn't pay attention that the product came with a remote and I purchased an additional one. It actually turned on my walking pad as well so I have to make sure that is unplugged while using my vibration plate. I was feeling a bit stiff today and feel more loose after using on settings 1-3 for a total of 15 minutes. The different standing positions definitely make a difference, in the walking position I can hardly feel anything on the first setting but the running position is crazy movement! And it goes up too 100, wow. Can't wait to continue use and do some workouts on it. I do wish the cord was a bit longer.
