Great for balance and strength

I've been through 3 years of physical therapy for balance and strength. The Waver lets me get just as much of a workout at home without the inconvenience and cost of going to the therapist.

I bought the Waver Vibration Plate to strengthen and build muscle mass after years of failing mobility and a hip replacement. I am so impressed with how effective it is!
The Waver plate has allowed me to begin at home and see immediate results. I’ve had it a couple of weeks, using it at the lowest setting for about 3 minutes at a time, a few times each day. When I step off the plate, my legs feel like I’ve just done leg presses at the Y! I’m getting stronger each day, and can do a full body workout using the Getting Started Guide. Physical therapy helped regain mobility after surgery. But this plate is a game changer, after recovery, to strengthen the full body and core. As I progress, the multiple levels of intensity can keep me building for years to come.
I am too young to accept being an old lady that loses ground with age. With the Waver Plate I am a powerful woman who just needed the right tools to thrive again - Thank you!

I bought this to help with Lymphatic Drainage. I love the adjustable settings and I can tell that it’s already helping. I had an expensive linear vibration vibe plate, but it was too intense. This is gentle and feels good to my body. I’ve even bought one for my mom who has Parkinson’s.

My lifepro waver

So far it has been amazing. I struggle with achy knees and tight sore muscles in my back and legs. I have found relief as I am using the waver. It has helped me with my energy and as I said it has helped my tight muscles in my back and legs. I also get swelling in my knees and that has improved in only 1 week. I cannot wait to see how much more it will do for me. Thank you for this amazing well made product.
