I purchased the plate 11/30/25. However, with my husband's illness and subsequent passing was not able to unpack and try it out until now. I have tried and my son has tried it and it works great.

For someone who hasn’t exercised in a while, this vibration plate is ideal. It starts me out at a low level and I’m currently working myself up to higher levels. Instructions are great and the Getting Started exercise chart is very helpful.
