So far the waver has been wonderful to use. Especially for someone like me who doesn't always get to the gym. I can do stretches on it that my chiropractor has suggested to reveal pain in my knees and lower back. So far so good and its getting me motivated cause I feel better after each session I do.. 15 minutes brightens my day.

first time and I feel it!

I used my new Waver for the first time today. As instructed, I began seated with my feet on. Next, kneeling, I placed my hands on for upper body, and lastly I sat on it with legs extended for glutes and hams. I have Scoliosis and Osteoporosis so hoping for strengthening, toning, and increasing bone density.
