Full transparency, apparently I HAVE to give a review to submit the warranty details (I dont like that). I just got the product, it's too early to review for benefits.
All I'll say is the plate is pretty quiet and smooth so far which is nice.

I wrote to the company because they’re was clearly moisture inside the box as the paperwork was damp but the machine is working and seems ok. Day 1. So far so good !

Works good smells terrible

The chemical smell coming off of this thing after unboxing was intense. Gave me a terrible migraine and my house still smells like it 4 days later. Otherwise, works as it should.
