I just received my waver vibration plate, but I bought it in hopes that it would help with the swelling in my legs. I was quickly impressed by how it could raise my heart rate by just being used in the sitting position. I actually can’t wait to use it again, as the vibration is very soothing. After seeing it, my husband is now very interested.
