Only have used it a couple of days and after each session so far feeling lighter especially in my legs which get heavy from sciatica and tightness from exercise

Received 1 week ago. Used about 10 min per day so I can't comment on effects of use. The waver vibrating plate looks of excellent quality. I should have looked at the weight of this machine as due to health problems I can't lift it myself.
