I’m only an hour in but my daughter and I have already took turns trying it out and laughing pretty hard at our voices while on it. I can tell this product is going to be phenomenal for after biking and everyday use. Also, it’s super stashable - I’ve got it under the back of the sofa.

I just got my Waver yesterday and did 15 minutes and felt great. I can’t wait to use this to help me with my neuropathy and my bone density. It’s a very comfortable workout and I highly recommend it.

I've only used the waver plate for a couple days, so am hoping to see/feel some changes soon. I have limited range in my knees, so can only do standing or sitting in a chair for now.
