I just unpacked the vibration plate and ran it tonight. It was issued to me by the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Long Beach to help me with my lymphedema.

I have no issues with the machine until now but I haven’t used it for loony. But can we use it once a day, everyday for 15 mins? Just standing and squats? Or do we absolutely have to only do it 2-3 times a week?

Use it at my desk

I've had the Waver for a couple days now. Since I'm seated at my computer throughout the day, I use it under my desk for passive leg exercise & circulation. I turn it on multiple times a day... varying the speed & intensity.
