I must admit I received the Waver today and had it up and running in less than 10 minutes. I followed the directions for first time use. After the 15 minutes sit down session I felt the slight itchy tingle in my legs. What I gather from other reviews that is the sign that it is working. I have chronic pain and am in PT for a shoulder surgery. Knots in my leg muscles are normal for me. No they did not magically disappear . However the vibration plate relaxed my muscles enough that the knots are not so touchy! I consider that a WIN. I am looking forward to daily sessions and moving towards a healthier life.

Because I just received it today, but I did use it for 15 minutes & feel energized in just that short period of time. I’m looking forward to including this in my daily self-care & fitness routine.

I just opened my package. It was a requested birthday gift. I was excited to see it come with l resistance bands. You will need two triple A batteries for the remote. Outside of that I am pleased and am ready to use it. I will have to come back to do a review after my first use.
