Finally! A device that works for me!

I am so excited to have gotten the lifepro vibration plate. It is perfect for building my bone strength with my early stage of osteoporosis. It is gentle, yet very effective. Even my grandson loves to use it after his wrestling workouts! This is a game changer for our family.

Used it once and already saw a change in the top of my foot. I have primary lymphedema in my leg so my foot is always tight, but after the first use there was a noticeable improvement.

Easy exercise for desk sitters

I work remotely at my computer and am too busy to exercise on my lunch and too tired to get out for a walk at the end of the day. The waver has been much easier to work into my day. I can even use it while sitting and working at my computer.
I haven’t used it long enough to see results, but I can feel them immediately after a session. I feel energized and relaxed, if that makes sense. It melts the stress while also giving me a sense of well being. And I can attest that it is much easier to implement into my busy full-time mom of 4 with traveling husband life.
I look forward to seeing the impact it has on my appearance and overall health.
