Only used my waver three times, so no real difference as of yet. I can say that it definitely wiggles everything and I prefer the preset programs. (1st use was manual, 2 and 3 were P3) I’m itchy when finished so that’s always a good thing. I purchased to use for lymphatic drainage and this is what I will update on later.

I have Lipademea and at 66 cannot do rigorous exercise anymore ….. this has given me that opportunity to help me to get some exercise and hopefully help me with my life long condition ….. Thank you x?

I received the vibration plate today. Stepped on it for 15 minutes and it was intense. I love it! Can’t wait to see the results in a few weeks.

While using for the first time it feels like I just did a little workout. Body even started to sweat. Could feel it throught the legs, hips, and glutes. Anxious to have this as part of the regular workout.
