Just got my vib plate and looking forward to using it! The only suggestion I would have is to include more start up excercises with the product. Going to scan the code for the tutorial library now, but I'm a very tactile individual and like to have a hardcopy to refer to. Seems like a great product!

Just purchased this vibration plate in the last week, so I haven't had much opportunity to use it yet to form an opinion. So far I like it...and the quality and size of the vibration plate is great. I look forward to using this to see all the benefits. I'm hoping it will help with some mild neuropathy that I have been experiencing as well as some swelling in my ankles that I have in the warmer months...some of it due to hormones and aging.

I’ve had mines for 5 days now & I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I sleep better, clothing is a little looser & I feel good in general. Don’t want to miss a day. I’m pretty sure the longer I use it the more benefits I will have from it. I do 15 mins in the morning & 15 mins after my evening workout session. Go get you one if you haven’t already!!!
