Thrilled with the Waver Vibration Plate I recently purchased. The preset programs are a great way to get acclimated to the machine. It is remarkably quiet and easy to store. Would highly recommend.

I was a little intimidated at first but I have tried it sitting down and I love it. I am slowly working my way to increasing the time and different foot placements.
