I just got my waver plate two days ago but I really like it so far. I’ve only been able to use it by putting my feet on it but I’m working up to standing on it. I’m hoping to strengthen my bones and increase my balance.

I just started using it and could feel the tightening of my core, butt and a lot of jiggling. Once I got off of it I felt like I had been on a treadmill for about 30 minutes at a good pace - legs felt like jelly and I broke a sweat.
I’ll follow up after two weeks to see if there’s any noticeable changes in how I look and feel.

While it is sweltering here in GA, I am enjoying using the WAVER vibration plate inside with the AC. It was not hard to set up or get going. My friend recommended this, so I tried her WAVER before getting one.
