I was a little skeptical, but when the package arrived and me and my wife unboxed it, we were ecstatic and have been on it every other day since we bought it. Gave us exercise and helped drain toxic stuff when we were doing our 7-day water fast.

Lifepro vibration plate is well made and you can really feel it working the muscles in your legs. It also helps with my back pain.
