Bought this product to help strengthen my bones and to lose weight. I'm 73 years old and currently taking Zepbound for weight loss. I received my Waver yesterday and used it for 45 minutes. It really got the blood flowing!

I'm 73 and concerned about balance issues as well as my lymphatic system. Just recently got my Waver vibration plate and love it so far. Still on the first program but look forward to building up to others

I have denerative discs and hip issues. I have been gradually using my Waver Vibration Plate, standing on it for 5 min at a time, then adding 3 minutes sitting on it. I was shocked at how it relieved my pain, and how much better my legs felt. I have been recommending this to my friends and family, and a few of them have already purchased and are using it now. This is definitely part of my wellness routine now!
