I was very skeptical but I had done some special ed training at a Minds-in-Motion center a few years ago and remembered that they used commercial grade vibration plates for vestibular stimulation. I had a sudden onset of balance problems recently, so decided to invest in the Waver. Even if it didn't help, if I used it judiciously, it wouldn't hurt. It is actually helping. I might never stand on it but it definitely helps with blood flow and edema.

2 days in and already feeling great! I’m a 59 yr old female with a 30+ year sedentary job so have weak muscles and suffer from RLS. I never sleep more than 2 consecutive hours and last night I slept a full 6 after my 1st use. I’ve used a similar machine at my chiropractors but for a very hefty fee. I’m absolutely thrilled with my home Waver and look forward to a future of good health and fitness! My stamina has already increased with 2 uses!

I’ve only been using the Waver for 2 days (although have used similar machine at my chiropractor for an astronomical fee) and already feel better and sleeping better. I suffer from RLS and never sleep more than 2hrs consecutively. Last night I slept a solid straight 6 hours and fully expect that in no time I’ll be sleeping a full 8. Im a 59 yr old female with a 30+ year sedentary job so have weak muscles and no stamina. Kid you not, after 2 days I feel energized!
