Best to buy this product on the manufacturers website as they sometimes offer rebates. I’ve only had the product a couple days, but it seems great hoping to build 70 year-oldleg muscles back.

Great tool

This is a new tool for me as I am trying to remain healthy in my lay 50s. I do 5-10 minutes first thing in the morning, and It helps me start my day without kinks, pain, and discomfort. After my regular fitness routine, I use it as well, and it relaxes me. Love it!

I literally just purchased this yesterday and only used it to make sure it worked and it did. Beyond that I don't (at this time) have an opinion about how well it works or any other information to add other than that.
I will add though that I honestly feel I got a better deal buying it in a store versus the website, it came with 4 resistance bands, the yoga bands (is what I believe they are called) and a exercise chart too and for the same price and I didn't have to wait for it. After some time of use I'll come back and give a better review of the waver, if that’s possible.

I’ve only had the product for about a week but so far so good! I’ve used it in the morning to help wake up and also at night to help relax.
