Great Vibration Plate

As a cancer patient with limited mobility and strength, I have been following a YouTube channel for lymphatic drainage. I started using a vibration plate about 6 months ago. I bought the Waver Vibration Plate to replace another brand because it had a larger plate size. It has exceeded my expectations after only one use. The plate is larger allowing me freedom of movement. It also has more available programs and setting. I cannot wait to explore all it has to offer.

I've only used this for one day but the shipping was faster than expected
The vibrations are quiet
The plate itself looks like a good quality not cheap
The vibrations felt relaxing and I could feel a difference in my gluten and quads it felt like I had done a few squats
