Just got this and started some light workouts. Am feeling muscles being worked that I haven’t felt since I was a kid. I’m 70+ years old. I’m really excited about this product. Looks very sturdy.

I am new to the whole vibration plate and lifepro. So far so good. I have started slow and in a seated position and am making progress each week. I am loving it. and..... my knee pain feels better!

I just opened the box. Quality seems well made. I followed the steps and seems user friendly. I just finished the "getting started" routine. If it does what it says, this will be a fun and easy way to spark up a workout.
