I like to stay active but I hate to sweat...I also have neuropathy in my feet so my balance/coordination isn't great...this product is perfect as it meets my fitness goals + added medical benefits...I'm in love after only 1 day!

Awesome and easy to use!

So easy to use and very effective. My machine arrived on a day where I was not feeling too well and was very lethargic as I was at the tail end of recovering from a nasal and ear infection. I decided to give the machine a try just for a few minutes cause I was so curious to see how it would feel. Well to my shock and delight about 10 min after getting off the machine I no longer felt tiered and was actually feeling back to my normal self! My nose had also totally cleared up! I have been using it every day for about 10 min (starting slow and easy as I'm 58 and overweight) and it has been great for boosting my energy. So far I am loving this machine!!!!
