I tried my brother-in-law's Waver Vibration Plate and fell in love with it. It is so easy to use. I feel it is going to help me build muscle,,increase bone density and have better circulation.. Every injury I have ever had came from exercising. Now I can exercise without getting hurt. As a very active 80 year old woman , I needed a safe way to stay in shape. I believe I have found it with the Waver Vibration Plate..

So far so good. But only used it once but afterwards my legs felt like I got a bit of a work out-including my knees. Looking forward to more positive results!

Just received, unboxed, read manual, set up( very easy)and did 15 mins sitting in chair at a speed of 3. Very relaxed legs! Look forward to the vibration health journey!
