I mostly just stand on it while working at my computer. This coupled with a foam roller have helped me feel more relaxed and engaged.

Lifepro Waver Vibration Plate

I've had it only 3 days and I love it already. I was afraid that the vibration might hurt my arthritic knees, but it doesn't at all. I can feel the circulation increasing in my legs. Walking is very difficult for me, so I was concerned about not moving enough. The Lifepro vibration plate allows me to get pain-free movement. I'm very grateful.

Great sturdy vibration plate with speed variation and ideas for foot placement when standing upright… it lets you know where your jiggly parts are that you can do extra work on??.
